EASTER LUSH HAUL

Easter Lush Haul

Happy Easter Sunday everyone!

What better post than the most 'Eastery' treat out there other than chocolate.. a lush haul! Although a little late in the game, I grabbed these yesterday when passing their flagship store on Oxford Street and with the stock they had, they will definitely have leftovers for weeks to come (go go go).

Lush bath bombs & bubble bars are never a treat I will turn down, they are a staple part of my weekly pamper routine as well as making my bathroom smell beautiful (and look pretty). I picked up a few of the nicest smelling Easter range, as well as some I hadn't come across before.

GOLDEN EGG BATH BOMB MELT
The most iconic of the Easter lush range, this smells good enough to eat. A toffee and cocoa butter scent, designed to melt in your bath resulting in silky smooth skin. The only negative? After trying to photograph this egg I'm now covered in gold glitter and so is my living room! I hope the same won't be said once bathing in it otherwise I soon might resemble a fairy...

TULIP REUSABLE BUBBLE BAR
I loved how spring-esque this bubble bar was. The fact it comes on a stick means it is incredibly handy for re-using again and again (as long as it doesn't come off). I would describe this smell as citrus based but less so than the spring bunny bath bomb which smells exactly like lemonade. There is a hint of sweetness, maybe honey based, I'm not really sure. Anyway, you can either run this through the water or hold under the tap for mounds of luxuriously scented bubbles.

SPRING BUNNY BATH BOMB
A little yellow bunny which perfectly depicts Easter. This bomb reminds me of lemon sherbet as a little kid, so I'm really looking forward to my next pamper evening with this treat.

LAVA LAMP BATH BOMB
The only way I can describe this one, is the smell of the entire lush store. I'm not great at describing scents (she says having just posted a Fragrance Lust List) but you will all know the experience of walking into a Lush store and being hit with all the smells at one. Its that! (I like it, my boyfriend less so)

CYANIDE PILL BATH BOMB
This strange looking bath bomb is exclusive to the Oxford Street store unfortunately for those who aren't so close to London, but if you're ever nearby I swear this is one of the best smelling lush products I have ever found. I believe this is meant help you relax in an evening. Perfect.

What do you think of this years Easter/Spring collection? I know what I'll be doing this Sunday evening!
